Dr. Étienne Côté, a faculty member at ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ’s Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC), was honoured earlier this year with the Daniel Elmer Salmon Award

On Wednesday, October 4, 2023, the Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC) at the ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ shone a spotlight on academic excellence and community impact during its annual Fall Awards and Recognition Night, held in The McCain Foundation Learning Commons.

Dr. Dominique Griffon has been appointed dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ for a five-year term, effective January 1, 2024.  

The Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC) at the ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ is now accepting nominations for the 2023 Honourable Eugene F. Whelan Green Hat Award.

After a four-year hiatus, the Atlantic Veterinary College’s (AVC) Open House returned on September 23, bringing smiles and tail wags to all who came.

In October 2021, bald eagle 450 was brought to the Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC) at the ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ after it was injured in a presumed car accident. It was in critical shape, with spinal cord trauma among its injuries. Now the bird has a new life...and new fame.
